The Steering Committee of the PIM Centre of Excellence on August 8-9 met to take stock of the centre’s achievements over the last financial year, assess its overall performance, evaluate the next financial year’s work plan and advice the centre management on various things. The meeting was chaired by Commissioner Hannington Ashaba, of Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development. The steering committee comprises officials from MoFPED, NPA, World Bank, Makerere University Management, KCCA, CSBAG and the Private Sector Foundation.
